Admissions Process

Welcome to the Marist School Online Application Portal!

Thank you for choosing Marist School. We are happy to guide you through the admission process. Please follow the steps below:

STEP 1: Complete the online application form and settle the application fee.

To complete the online application form, please settle the ₱800.00 application fee through one of the following options:

  • Bank Transfer to Banco De Oro (BDO) (please see details below)
  • Onsite Payment at Marist School Business Office
Important: To proceed with your application, please upload a clear copy of your proof of payment—either the bank transfer confirmation or the official receipt—within the online application form.

STEP 2: Wait for an email confirming that your application has been verified and approved. This email will also include your child’s schedule for the entrance examination and interview.

STEP 3: Bring your child to the school for the exam and interview on the scheduled date.
(You may claim the official receipt for the application fee payment at the Business Office on the same day)

STEP 4: Receive the examination results via email.

STEP 5: Once your child has been accepted, you may proceed with enrollment. A separate email will be sent containing the list of requirements and detailed enrollment guidelines and procedures.

Otherwise, their application will be forfeited.

Instructions
  1. Download the Marist School Recommendation Form here;
  2. Request any one of the following to accomplish the form: Homeroom Adviser, Subject Teacher, or Guidance Counselor;
  3. Request the recommender to send the accomplished form, scanning and emailing it to registrar@maristschool.edu.ph
    with the following subject format: RECOMMENDATION FORM FOR ADMISSION (Applicant's Last Name, First Name, Middle Name - Incoming grade level).

Note:

The application fee covers the review of submitted application requirements, as well as the entrance examination and interview process. Please be advised that this fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether your child proceeds with the exam or interview.
